My Story....
So what do you want to know? How this fairy tale started? I can lie to you and tell you that it all came easy and with the snap of my fingers but like I said thats a lie! Lets get straight to it! My name is Visa, your Night Show host from 6p-10p. Born and raised in the Bay Area, went to San Jose State and started my radio career in San Francisco at KYLD- WiLD 94.9 where I worked for free, interned, stickered stuff, did everything including cleaning the restrooms. From there I got the chance to be on air weekends at WiLD which was a dream come true since I grew up listening to the station. Few years later I got a call from Sam Diggedy asking if I wanted to come down to KDON and be the Night Show host and for the next 5 years held it down from 6p-10p! During this time I got the chance to be on the air in LA at KPWR, Las Vegas at KLUC, WiLD 106 in SLO and KMVQ in SF. Then October of 2011 I left KDON to further pursue my dreams of becoming an astronaut and explore space. I then went to Space Camp and on the day of my shuttle launch I asked the captain 2 vital things of importance that could be the deciding factor of my space career...1.Are there night clubs that play house music in space? and 2. Can I still wear hair gel under my space helmet? Few days later I left space camp angry that my two questions were followed with a NO. Soon after I remembered the people of the 831 and how I missed them and how I left the 6p-10p shift a ghost town. And a light bulp turned on, I must return to my people. I called upon my white horse jumped on it and ripped off my shirt and galloped in to the 831 like a valiant hero returning to his people. And now I am back on your radio 6p-10p every night. I know just a ho-hum story right?!
Jay Z and Kanye have gone platinum and gold again! Their hit song "N*ggas In Paris" has steadily risen up the charts over the past year, and officially sold 3 plus million copies of the Parisian-inspired banger.
"N*ggas In Paris" isn't the only Watch The Throne track that's received high accolades, The album's opening track "No Church In The Wild," which features R&B singer Frank Ocean, didn't go platinum, but it did go gold.
