Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz is putting Maryland area police on blast after reportedly being arrested prior to his University of Maryland Eastern Shore concert last night (February 14). Chainz hopped onto Twitter and proceeded to call out local law enforcement although details of what exactly went down are still fuzzy.
