Being pregnant is a great excuse to put your feet up for a bit; allowing your nearest and dearest to wait on you hand and foot.

But one pregnant lady who’s not doing this is Kim Kardashian, and her baby daddy Kanye West is NOT happy.

Despite her concerned boyfriend begging her to take things easier, Kim’s work diary is busier than ever.

“Kanye is scared that Kim could be pushing herself too hard,” we’re told. “But the problem is, Kim doesn’t know how to slow down. She’s worked tirelessly to get to where she is today and she has never given herself a break.

“She loves working, she thrives on it and hates the thought of doing nothing.”

This year alone , Kim, 32, has already travelled long-haul no fewer than ten times (clocking up nearly 19,000 air miles), and insiders tell heat that workaholic Kim has an even busier time ahead.

“Kim has guest appearances at various parties, including Oscar after-parties and The Grammys in February, Perez Hilton’s birthday party in March and two private parties – one in Mexico,” we’re told.

“She has three magazine cover shoots scheduled, plus a series of Kardashian merchandising meetings.”
