MTV's Jersey Shore reality star, 25 yr old Deena Cortese shows off the NEW Deena after shedding 15 lbs & dropping 2 dress sizes! (She went from a 8 to a 4) All thanks to just watching her diet and working out regularly. Of course Deena was willing to flaunt her hot new beach bod in the pages of In Touch Weekly magazine by wearing, as you can see, a red "Baywatch"-style bathing suit! "I loved 'Baywatch' when I was younger," Cortese says. "I always wished I was her. [Now] I'm the guidette Pamela Anderson."
