Listen to Chief Keef on iHeartRadio

Chief Keef may become a free man today after serving 60 days in juvenile detention for a probation violation.  The rapper is set to appear in a Chicago courtroom today so a judge can determine whether to release him.

Keef's grandmother tells DNAInfo.com that she's "so glad he's coming home."  She says that his jail term has hurt her soul.

Chief Keef - born Keith Cozart - was sentenced to a two month term after he violated his probation by appearing in a Pitchfork Media interview at a gun range.  Footage of the interview showed Cozart handling a rifle.

Apparently, Cozart has become a changed man while behind bars.  Back in February Pastor Corey Brooks said he spoke with the rapper about being baptized.  He says Keef has "had a chance to think" about his life during his jail stay.
