Listen to Snoop Dogg on iHeartRadio

Fans of Snoop Lion - a.k.a. Snoop Dogg - will soon be able to channel the legendary rapper's Kung-Fu skills in a new video game.  Snoop announced that he will release a video game in support of his upcoming album and documentary. 

Snoop teamed up with U.K. video game publisher 505 Games and video game developer Echo Peak to create "Way of the Dogg."  The game is set to arrive on April 23rd, the same day as his 12th album Reincarnated.  

Fans will be able to play as Snoop as he uses Kung-Fu to battle different characters.  To keep players' motivation up, the game will feature some of Snoop's greatest hits. 

According to Allhiphop.com, Snoop calls the game "the first true 'gamification'" of his music.  He says the game will capture the beat, the rhythm and spirit of his music. 

Gamers will be able to play "Way of the Dogg" on Xbox Live, the Playstation Network and various mobile platforms.    

Before Snoop's album and game arrive, fans can check out his upcoming documentary Reincarnated.  The film follows Snoop's journey to Jamaica and documents his transition from gangster rapper to Rastafari.  It also gives fans a peek into the recording of his upcoming reggae album.  

Reincarnated the documentary hits theaters on March 15th.
