Wu-Tang Clan's Method Man is confirming that the group will release a 20th anniversary album.   

While there have been a number of rumors surrounding the album, this is the first time a member of the group has made such a definitive statement about it. 

According to Hiphopdx.com, Method Man made the announcement during a concert over the weekend in Hollywood, California.  He also told the crowd that the group owes their 20 year-long career to each and every fan that ever supported their music. 

So far their is no scheduled release date for the album, but Method Man indicated that it would coincide with the 20th anniversary of the group's first album Enter the Wu, which hit stores on November 9th, 1993.
