When Rick Ross released his song "You the Boss," maybe he was rapping into the mirror, preparing us all for this moment. In the recent issue of GQ magazine, in their 2012 Men of the Year issue, the rapper was named "Bawse of the Year." No "bawse" can pull off wearing fur like you can Rozay, congratulations!

Between releasing his album God Forgives, and running his label Maybach Music Group (MMG), it's been a great year for Ross. He says, "It's been a power-player year."

He was also named the tenth-most-powerful man in hip-hop by The Source, and believes that he can climb the list to one of the top spots next year, telling GQ, "I'm the typa dude who feels like he could take number two next year."

Don't sell yourself short Rozay, you can take number one. The rapper did, however, impart some valuable wisdom and advice on the magazine's readers:

"One, for Christmas go get yourself an MMG tattoo. Two, let's all stop smoking blunts; let's smoke out of papers. Ladies, you all should just love me. Let's all have a beautiful year, let's get this money."  

If you don't have a New Year's resolution yet, there you have it. Like a bawse.
