Listen to Chris Brown on iHeartRadio
(WENN) - A judge has given Chris Brown the OK to tour Europe after ruling the R&B star is “in compliance” with his probation.
The rapper is halfway through a five-year probation term for assault charges related to his 2009 attack on then-girlfriend Rihanna.
The couple has reportedly reconciled in recent weeks – and Brown was spotted kissing and cuddling the singer at her Hollywood Halloween party on Wednesday night.
And now it seems he has found favor in court following a hearing on Thursday.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg gave the singer her blessing to travel, allowing Brown to cement plans for a European tour, which is scheduled to begin in Denmark on November 14.
The judge set the star’s next progress hearing January 17.
